The Data Matrix is a document that outlines all the fields that are available in the company report for an online territory.
If a field is available for a territory it means that the country contains companies where this field is not empty - It does not guarantee that the field will be populated for every company within that territory.
This is typically due to the local legal filing requirements. Depending on the company's size, turnover and registration type, the information required to file can differ from company to company. The field will be marked as available in the Data Matrix if it is available for at least one of the company types.
For instance - dormant companies and micro-entities in the UK have far less filing responsibilities than other companies, so they may contain more null fields in their Financial Statements than larger companies - however the Financial Statement fields will still be marked as available in the Matrix for that territory since it is filed by Medium - Large companies.
