To do that we have created MyCreditsafe. This is a free tool to claim, view, and submit updates to your own business' profile. It is the most direct way to submit a question or request information about your business profile. There are premium features offered within MyCreditsafe, but submitting queries or updates to your own report is always free.

Typically requests are reviewed and responded to within 5 business days of receipt. If we are unable to resolve your query within that timeframe, we will explain why and update you with further actions required.
