We are delighted to inform you that we are updating the way you log in to your Creditsafe account. To enhance your user experience and strengthen the security of your account, we are transitioning to email-based login credentials and enforcing the use of strong passwords.

This security enhancement will ensure that you no longer have to remember your username in order to log into your Creditsafe account. 

Once your account has been switched to Identity you will see the following page the next time you log in. Simply enter the email address associated with your account and click 'Confirm'

An email will be sent to you to confirm the validityiditiy of your email. 

Click on 'Set up your user account>>"

 You will be taken to a new page. Here you will need to fill out all the boxes in the screen shot below then click confirm. You will need to choose a new password at this stage.

If done correctly, you will see the following screenshot. Clicking continue will take you straight to the website login page. 

Once you are at the login screen, please enter your email address as your username and your newly created password.
